Heute morgen gab es den ersten Raureif bei minus vier Grad.
Jetzt kommt der Winter.

Ni la hora del dÃa, ni la luz eran las más adecuadas, pero he querido ponerla por la belleza del lugar, a mi me pareció espectacular. El rÃo también muy bajo de agua.
El Meandro Melero es una de esas sorpresas imprescindibles que guarda la comarca cacereña de Las Hurdes.
El capricho de la naturaleza ha querido que el rÃo Alagón forme en el mismo lÃmite de las provincias de Salamanca y Cáceres una pronunciada curva que vista desde un punto más alto permite apreciar una de las imágenes más bellas que se pueden obtener en la PenÃnsula Ibérica.
Un impresionante meandro acompañado al fondo por el siempre espectacular paisaje del Parque Natural de Las Batuecas-Sierra de Francia.
El Melero del Alagón ofrece una estampa armónica y coloristadesde el mirador de La Antigua, que se encuentra a poco más de dos kilómetros de RÃomalo de Abajo. Se trata del lugar ideal para captar la grandeza de la estilosa curva que realiza el rÃo.

It was 10°C today, so the ice here may have melted. This was taken at sunrise a few days ago on the shores of Lake Ontario.

Approx. 1/2 hour after sunset, the Badlands at Zabriskie Point began to shine in a warm gold tone (Nov. 14, 2016, 5:59 pm).
Ca. 1/2 Stunde nach Sonnenuntergang begannen die Badlands am Zabriskie Point in einem warmen Goldton zu leuchten (14.11.2016, 17:59 Uhr).

El Monte Perdido (3348m) debe su nombre a una traducción literal del francés: Mont Perdu, porque los franceses conocÃan su existencia, pero a simple vista no se divisaba desde sus valles, estaba oculto por otras montañas, perdido... Está en una zona preciosa del Pirineo, el valle de Ordesa, rodeado de montañas de tres mil metros. Un placer contemplarlo desde abajo, por ejemplo desde la célebre cascada "Cola de Caballo" (donde está tomada la foto) y , por supuesto, ascender a su cima.

Here's my accommodations for the evening. Take a good look at this tent because it's the last time you will see it shot in the mountains. In an effort to reduce my overall carry weight I am going to retire this 3-Person 3 season tent that weighs just under 6 Lbs. in order to get my overall weight down to 65 lbs with my camera gear means that a new 1-Person tent is the next goodie on my wish list. (maybe I should leave the 1 million candlepower flashlight behind too).
When I woke up early to shoot the sunrise on monday morning it was covered in frost.
