The Westerheversand Lighthouse (German: Leuchtturm Westerheversand) is located in Westerhever, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. Considered to be one of the best-known lighthouses in northern Germany, it was built in 1908. Its cast iron tower is 40 metres (130 ft) high. The lighthouse is often used for weddings.

Der Leuchtturm Westerheversand steht auf einer Warft vor dem Ort Westerhever. Er ist das Wahrzeichen der Halbinsel Eiderstedt in Schleswig-Holstein.Der Leuchtturm Westerheversand ist ein See-, Quermarken- und Leitfeuer. Die Feuerhöhe beträgt 41 Meter, die Bauwerkshöhe 40 Meter. Die Tragweite des Lichts ist rund 21 Seemeilen (etwa 39 Kilometer). Die indirekte Sichtbarkeit des Lichtscheins beträgt bis über 55 Kilometer. Bei klarer Sicht ist er noch auf Helgoland auszumachen

Este es el último repecho del Auza, monte que preside el precioso y espectacular valle de Baztan, en Nafarroa, a pocos kilometros de la frontera y de otros lugares interesantes como las cuevas de Zugarramurdi o Urdax. Esta sombra invita a una última parada para echar un trago y afrontar la cuesta final. Las vistas merecen la pena, asà como la propia cima de la montaña.
Nunca habÃa visto tan bajo el embalse de Riaño, se podrÃa decir que estaba semivacÃo, aún asà conserva la belleza de esos picos tan caracterÃsiticos.

Kerrera is an island in the Scottish Inner Hebrides, close to the town of Oban. In 2011 it had a usually resident population of 34, and it is linked to the mainland by frequent passenger ferry from the Gallanach Road (about 3 km SW of Oban). It is around 7 km long and around 2 km wide, and is separated from the mainland by the Sound of Kerrera, about 500 metres wide.
The valley of Wittlich very close to where I live has as Tuscany abundant morning mist and fields to offer ... just no cypresses. This morning shortly after sunrise.
Die Wittlicher Senke ganz in der Nähe meines Wohnorts hat wie die Toskana reichlich Morgennebel und Felder zu bieten...nur keine Zypressen. Heute morgen kurz nach Sonnenaufgang.

I went to Milarrochy Bay yesterday to shot the famous tree in the water, only to discover that it was about 3 feet out of the water! So I found this nice little composition instead.
