Die Glienicker Brücke verbindet über die Havel hinweg die Städte Berlin (Ortsteil Wannsee des Bezirks Steglitz-Zehlendorf) und Potsdam, Stadtteil Berliner Vorstadt. Weltweit bekannt wurde die Glienicker Brücke durch den spektakulär inszenierten dritten und letzten Agentenaustausch am 11. Februar 1986.
The Glienicke Bridge (German: Glienicker Brücke) is a bridge across the Havel River in Germany, connecting the Wannsee district of Berlin with the Brandenburg capital Potsdam. It is named after nearby Glienicke Palace. During the Cold War it was used several times for the exchange of captured spies and thus became known as the "Bridge of Spies".

One of the privileges of my job is to see many interesting places in Europe and beyond. Unfortunately schedules are mainly very tight and there is no time to make use of the camera. This week I had a couple of appointments in Belgium in the Province of Oost Vlaanderen. A business partner showed me around in Gent, besides Bruges the second pearl of the area. I enjoyed a great time in this beautiful city.
Another classic view of London towards the Shard and City Hall across the Thames from Tower Bridge. Cool winter evening with plenty of crisp, clear air around.
One of the most extraordinary and iconic sights along the Icefields Parkway is this bedazzling lake.
Significant amounts of glacial rock flour flow into the lake from Peyto Glacier and the Wapta Icefields. These suspended rock particles give the lake a bright, turquoise/blue color that is world renowned.

Kerrera is an island in the Scottish Inner Hebrides, close to the town of Oban. In 2011 it had a usually resident population of 34, and it is linked to the mainland by frequent passenger ferry from the Gallanach Road (about 3 km SW of Oban). It is around 7 km long and around 2 km wide, and is separated from the mainland by the Sound of Kerrera, about 500 metres wide.

Launchpad for hang-glider pilots on the peak of the Wiehengebirge near the Wittekindsburg. October waved goodby with sunshine and warm tempereratures and we used the perfect weather for an extended hiking tour on the Wittedindsweg, a crest trail on the Wiehengebirge from Porta Westfalica in the East to the Osnabrück area in the West. Before the sun went down we visited the most interesting spots of the Eastern part of the trail.
Finally Winter has arrived in East Westphalia. Not too much snow, but together with the cold temperatures it feels as it looks. Ostwestfalen, Germany
Este es el último repecho del Auza, monte que preside el precioso y espectacular valle de Baztan, en Nafarroa, a pocos kilometros de la frontera y de otros lugares interesantes como las cuevas de Zugarramurdi o Urdax.
