We had to leave the car and walk 1.5 km uphill by the roadside to have this view of the San Francisco Bay and the bridge was unfortunately repairs

I'm back again, but with many problems, the backup disk (Time Machine) or the data is unreadable by the crash of the computer, luckily I had the pictures also on another backup, still a lot of work to the computer to set again, and all apps get back to work.

After slipping around on the reef for several hours, I had just about had it. I thought maybe just one last shot over the potholes.
I would like to thank everybody for they're wonderful support throughout 2015. It has been a great year in photography for me. Every time I'm out shooting I'm thinking about you all, the friendly comments and kind suggestions all have a part in the forming of each photo. In a way, there's a little bit of you in all my photos. If you have time click back to my first photo and stepping through page by page you will see the evolution of my photography resulting from all the inspiration I receive on a daily basis, and the tips from friends and commentary received here on Flickr.

In order to get sunset pictures, the water taxis I took, speed out to the open waters of the lagoon that surrounds Venice! The sun's glow filled the sky and the water.
Just foolin' around for Textural Tuesday. I started with a clear blue sky and ended up here. This Great Blue Heron is carrying a stick because it's on a nest-building mission.

This pair of White-tailed Deer were on high alert when they spotted me just before dusk on a cold winter's day at Michigan's Kensington Metropark, near Milford, Michigan. Moments after this image was taken, they bounded away.
The tenderness of your heart radiates kindness of your deeds.
The man who appreciates the beauty of nature and the world is much richer and happier than those who do not notice this.

But my thoughts go to the people in Simbach/Inn (Lower Bavaria) - their town has been flooded by mud and heavy rain showers. Seven deaths have already been reported and some other people are still missing.

Surprising coloring this evening, it was already very gray minutes before sunset, but I decided to wait until after sunset, suddenly the sky was coloring wonderful red, awesome.
