Taken July and hoping for a nice summer sunrise was all set up and then the mist descended, with the sun trying to burn through the mist.
River Moselle near Schweich, not far from Treves, one of my preferred locations to catch the best morning light.

Idea leuconoe is een grote vlinder uit de familie Nymphalidae. De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1834 door Wilhelm Ferdinand Erichson
De vlinder heeft een vleugelspanwijdte van 95-115 millimeter.

Wenn man ein wenig abseits der bekannten Wege von Rothenburg geht, gelangt man ausserhalb der Stadtmauern in das Tal wo der Fluss Tauber fließt. Hier steht diese wunderschöne mittelalterliche Brücke und daneben gleich ein entzückendes Fachwerkhäuschen.
If you are a little off the known paths of Rothenburg, you get outside the city walls into the valley where the River Tauber flows. Here stands this beautiful medieval bridge and next to it an enchanting half-timbered house.

One of the privileges of my job is to see many interesting places in Europe and beyond. Unfortunately schedules are mainly very tight and there is no time to make use of the camera. This week I had a couple of appointments in Belgium in the Province of Oost Vlaanderen. A business partner showed me around in Gent, besides Bruges the second pearl of the area. I enjoyed a great time in this beautiful city.
It was only afterwards that I notice that though this side of the bridge is set in Autumn, the opposite side seems to be set in Winter. I really dont know as I got hopelessly lost there on that particular day. Maybe Im still there!!!! Id better check!!!! You know what? To hell with it, if I am I like it here and Im staying!

Do Have A Listen To This as its taken from a series called Atlantic Bridge Sessions which is very apt I think.
Wonderfully refreshing and a great landscape experience is a hike through the watercourse in the gorge of the Virgin River, especially on hot summer days.

This week´s business trip took me to Belgium into the Province of West-Flanders where I spent one Day in Brugge. Unfortunately the weather was a nightmare, nevertheless I enjoyed the city very much.
As mentioned on a previous post I'm alternating spring/summer captures with autumn captures. This is a SPRING shot from last year.
