The boys were at it today again—with a super short dragon boat—6 paddlers, to be exact. Wow! I have never seen this before. This was awesome.

 

The funny bit observed is that although the men rowing the boats are all in top shape, the sweep/steersman and the one in front (the drummer—though here without a drum) did not seem to be all that. In fact, this seems to suggest that SML would make an excellent “training partner”—you know, I sit in front so you need to work harder. It does seem like a good view up front.

 

…I shall see if I can contact some of these managers and get a front seat at the scull… (to be continued)
