sjbpro: How do u get such clarity on the bee?

 

superchon: @sjbpro I used the photojojo macro which has a focal distance of about an inch (or less) so I just had to be really patient, get really close & take a lot of photos until I got some I was happy with! Over 2 days I probably took about 200 shots, most of which were either too blurry coz the bees move fast or the focus was in the wrong spot because I was too slow or too quick with snapping the pic... The short answer is patience & a lot of practice! I'm still not that happy with what I've got and am going to practice some more!
