Black truffle dinner

That’s part of the #dinner I cooked yesterday, by request of the first black #truffle producer in #argentina. There were 3 whole #sirloin #steaks stuffed with #sweetbreads and truffles served with a #traditional #perigueux #sauce, side dishes were a grated #Regianito #purée and #caramelized #Kabocha toped with roasted #pumpkin #seeds. #meat #cooking #recipe #recipeideas
