A few days ago, in between tea and cookies, the GIF-spamming... erm, conversation, that is, ended up being about a famous British food writer, TV presenter, and cook, who served as my inspiration today. I've been doing so many color photos, it was nice to do one in a sepia tone. This photo goes with my next blog post about cooking pans.

Because the Coronavirus is keeping many of us confined to home, I have a little more time to bake and practice food photography.There is an old saying, "You eat with your eyes first!" With this in mind I decided to create a beautiful Focaccia bread that was colorful and fun. Focaccia bread is a type of Italian yeast bread baked in flat sheet pans.
