HOMICIDE IN NIAGARA FALLS: Correction: The ACTUAL memorial sits in the spot where 26 year old Troy Haslip was stabbed to death by his ex-boyfriend, 22 year old William Swanson on December 26th, 2015, the morning right after Christmas. The police responded to the scene at 947 Ontario Avenue and tried to perform CPR but it was ineffective. The incident happened where the candles sit, up the block and around the corner next to an abandoned house. 10th and Ontario Avenue.
Police believe the murder was domestic violence related. Niagara Falls, New York.
