An old homicide memorial located in front of the Dorothy J. Collier Community Center at 118 East Utica Street, in Buffalo, New York. I did some research and found a story about a 16 year old named Matthew Elliott, who had been shot to death outside, while a dance was going on inside. He was shot back on July 5th, 2008. There were 2 other homicides in Buffalo during that same weekend and he was the 28th person to be murdered that year. There were 37 total homicides in Buffalo, New York in 2008.
