Congratulation Utah, a well deserved winner based on my observation. For me i focus on her confidence, her catwalk is amazing, her QnA is absolutely on point. But the exclusion of New York in the top 20 was really. Oh noooo. What’s wrong? Once again. I dunno the quarantine. Congrats as well for Hawaii, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Texas for being the runners up.
