This castle is located in the middle of the Rhine near the town of Kaub.
At this castle the skippers had to pay toll in order to continue sailing. From this point on, the Rhine narrows significant and squeezes itself trough the valley "Middle Rhine" which is a world heritage from UNESCO. The current in this traject untill the town of Koblenz is very strong and there are treacherous shallows on the rocky bottom and that's why there were also taken river pilots on board.
Note the building of the castle, which has the shape of a ship to withstand the very strong current at high water and ice floes.

Gestern in Deutschland unterwegs war keine Zeit für viele Versuche zu dem Thema Elemente! Diese Motiv habe ich in zwei Varianten kreiert mit Feuer und mit Rauch der Feuer symbolisieren soll. Meine Entscheidung viel ausf Feuer indem sogar die Wassertropfen zu sehen sind, wenn auch nur wenige wirklich sichtbar sind.

Hier, en Allemagne, nous n'avons pas eu le temps de faire beaucoup d'expériences sur le thème des éléments ! Ce motif que j'ai créé en deux variantes avec le feu et avec la fumée le feu est de symboliser. Ma décision a été de faire beaucoup de feu en voyant même les gouttes d'eau, même si seules quelques-unes sont vraiment visibles.

Im 5. Jahrhundert wurde im Gebiet um Ravenna in Italien erstmals Advent gefeiert. Die 4 Wochen deuten symbolisch auf 4000 Jahre, die die Menschheit nach kirchlicher Rechnung auf die Ankunft des Erlösers warten musste. Die meisten Menschen feiern den Advent mit einem Adventskranz, meist einem Tannenkranz mit vier Kerzen geschmückt. Der Brauch ist noch jung und wurde erst zu Beginn des 19. Jahrhunderts von der Mehrzahl der Familien in Deutschland und Österreich übernommen. Der Adventskranz soll Symbol für den Kampf der Christen gegen das Dunkle des Lebens sein.
