Happy 4th of July or something like that?

Long shutter speed; fireworks shot from a barge in Liberty Lake to avoid starting fires.

Inside Greenwich Village along West 4th Street and 7th Avenue was the Riviera Sports Bar, ultimately closed after 47 years in business. Shot with the Olympus E-M1 ii and the Olympus 12-40mm f2.8 pro lens.

I grabbed a few ok shots before the smoke settled in. The Pops concert was terrific, and the fireworks display amazing, as usual. Such a fun time!

I'm off today to the Cape for a week, and the house we're renting doesn't have internet (I know, the horror!), so I don't know how much you'll hear from me. But I'll try to post if I can, miss me! :-) xo

Not HDR. I promise.

The Sierra #3 is all decked out in flags to celebrate the July 4th Holiday as it gets ready to start the day at Railtown, in Jamestown, California.

USA. Re-post of older photo!

The neighbors celebrating. Pretty tame compared to big city shows, but hey, still fun.
