It's difficult to walk away from something/someone that we've given so much of ourselves to. Therefore, having the confidence and faith to open your heart to another and trust again takes courage. Forgiving those that have wronged and/or hurt you takes time and courage. Choosing to get up after life knocks you down takes courage.
