Tenno - Ville del Piano, Burg und Frapporta, Burg und Frapporta
Tenno bestand historisch aus drei auch sonst klar von einander abgegrenzten Ortsteilen, den sogenannte Ville del Piano, die sich damit von den darüber gelegenen Ville del Monte auch namentlich unterschieden. Zu den Ville del Piano zählt Frapporta, der unter der Burg gelegene und mit einer eigenen Ringmauer und Türmen versehene, erstmals 1211 als infra pòrtam (deutsch zwischen den Toren) das heißt zwischen Stadt- und Burgtor erwähnte Ortsteil, der einen einzigen Wehrkomplex mit der angrenzenden Burg bildete und im Trentino eines der seltenen Beispiele darstellt, in der ein Wohnbereich in eine Wehrstruktur eingegliedert wurde.

We haven't had any real winter weather yet, so I was happy to see the ice on the groynes at Fifty Point Conservation Area.

Der Pagodenwald liegt westlich des Inle-Sees und ist über einen Kanal erreichbar. Die ältesten Grab-Stupas dieses Friedhofs stammen aus dem 17. Jahrhundert,[1] aber auch heute noch werden neue Stupas gebaut. Immer mehr alte Monumente sind inzwischen renoviert, und so hat sich ein buntes Gemisch aus Gold, Stuck und nacktem, manchmal bewachsenem Backstein entwickelt.

The pagoda forest is west of Inle Lake and can be reached via a canal. The oldest tomb stupas in this cemetery date back to the 17th century[1] but new stupas are still being built today. More and more old monuments have now been renovated, resulting in a colorful mix of gold, stucco and bare, sometimes overgrown brick.

Crupet is a village of Wallonia and a district of the municipality of Assesse, located in the province of Namur, Belgium.
Until 1977, it was itself a municipality.

The Castle of Crupet, a 13th Century medieval farm-chateau is situated below the village centre, and a little to the north, next to the river.

Les Onze écluses.
A raison d’une tous les 200 m environ, le site des Onze écluses, à Hédé-Bazouges, compte autant d’écluses que son nom l’indique à cause d’une dénivellation de 27m.
Le long du canal se trouvent les maisons des éclusiers qui ont la charge des écluses, qui fonctionnent toujours à la main.
In the town of Hédé-Bazouges, there are eleven locks on the canal of Ille-et-Rance because of a 27 meter drop in water levels.
Along the locks are the homes of the “éclusiers” who worked in the area.
