sorry, missed the 'sharp' theme last week, so i thought i'd just use the sharp zizag-blade of the decorating knife (buntmesser) on a carrot for this week's theme.

Cades Cove - Great Smoky Mountains National Park

Panorama of Zigzag Road shared earlier showing more expansive landscape. Three Level Zigzag road is probably the most dizzying road in the world that includes more than 100 hairpins in just 30km. It's one of the most scenic drives in the world. This spiral road is located near Zuluk or Dzuluk, a small village located in the historic Old Silk Route from Tibet to India, on the rugged terrain of the lower Himalayas in East Sikkim.

Working on selecting photos for my annual calander gifts. Going through my whole Lightroom catalog for the year and keep finding new photos to edit.

Suggest you view this Large On Black to appreciate the textures etc.

This was taken at my 3rd outing to Forresters Beach. Went there at dawn with the old man. Sky started off pretty clear and boring, but then a storm came over head and we were treated to some incredibly dramatic stormy sky.

The rock shelf at Forresters beach is gorgeous. Beautiful green rocks with lovely textures and very angular slabs. As the waves break over the rock you get some mini water falls occuring over the slabs.

Gorgeous location, probably my favorite rock shelf yet.
