Waiting for my daughter to finish up her gymnastics lesson I grabbed a few photos of a local bridge that climbs into the upper part of the city. I was able to get some stars in the original photo but there weren't many so I added a few more with a PS brush.
Two posts in as many days? Look out, I'm on a roll.
Actually, I'm just trying to process a seemingly neverending backlog of photos. This one's from one of two trips I took to the desert Southwest this spring. This area has an amazing collection of rock formations and perfect, non-trod-upon rock fins. Let's hope these fins stay that way.
Thanks for looking!

I like the groynes down at Caister. Always make for interesting subjects.
Ive pushed to colours a tad in this. As it happend I doubled up ND filters which shifted the colours a little bit. And...well....I opted not to fully colour correct it, I think the pinks and the blues look quite nice.
Maybe not everyones cup of tea mind.

It’s a bit cliche, but I’ve been wanting to try a spoon reflection. I tried several different spoons and backgrounds and didn’t have much success. My flatware is 47 years old, and I discovered that every little smudge and scratch shows. So I went with imperfect. I will have to buy a shiny new spoon and try this again somtime.

The "Phare du Petit Minou" is a lighthouse in the roadstead of Brest, standing in front of the Fort du Petit Minou, in the commune of Plouzané. By aligning it with the phare du Portzic, it shows the safe route to follow for ships to enter the roadstead.
