Well, the engineers at SRT have figured out how to maintain the performance traits of the electrified Daytona SRT Concept, demonstrated at the 2022 LA Auto Show. Dubbed, Fraztonic Chambered Exhaust, the digitized growl is mighty and lit up the entire convention center hall. Dodge uses an amplifier at the rear to empower exhaust notes akin to the traditional SRT Hellcat.

Martin Eberhard, co-founder of Tesla, got a custom paint job for his roadster (the second car sold).
The orange racing stripes align with the leather seats, which are black on the edges and orange in the center.
The color choice and license plate rim left me curious, and sure enough, they look like the ”Professional” colors for the University of Illinois:
“The professional palette offers a more subtle approach with colors that are elegant, formal, and calm.”

À la fin des années 1980, Citroën se rend compte que l’automobile peut devenir un problème en ville et, esprit d’innovation oblige, travaille activement à la recherche de solution. Une des réponses sera ce très intelligent et complet concept Citela présenté au pavillon français de Séville en 1992 pour l’exposition universelle. Complet car il répond aux questions de pollution avec sa motori-sation électrique, mais aussi aux spécificités de la circulation en ville comme son petit gabarit, ses roues jumelées à l’arrière pour un court rayon de braquage et une grande surface vitrée couvrant aussi le pavillon. La prise électrique se trouve derrière la plaque minéralogique. D’une longueur de 2,96 m et d’une largeur de 1,55 m pour 790 kg, son moteur électrique de 72 Volts lui permettait d’atteindre 110 km/h. Ce projet aboutira naturellement aux AX électriques. Dans l’esprit de cette vente, le modèle original est et restera conservé par Citroën Heritage. C’est donc la maquette de salon qui est proposée. Unique en son genre, elle représente exactement ce que ce concept innovant propose, à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieure. Une occasion inespérée de posséder ce qu’imaginait Citroën en véhicule électrique, 25 ans avant l’essor de ce type de motorisation.

This electrically powered car has an electric motor in each front wheel. The horseless carriage is made of light wood. With a range of almost 100 kilometres and a top speed of 40 kilometres per hour, it was one of the best electric cars of that time.

The first set of fully electric battery-powered buses entered service on 6 February.
The buses have entered service in Reading Buses 125th anniversary year as Reading Borough Council acquired the town’s horse-drawn tramway in 1901 to electrify it. To help mark this occasion, bus number 4 has a special golden design to celebrate this.
The new Alexander Dennis Enviro 400EV's were launched Great Knollys Street depot in Reading on Thursday 5 February 2026.
The new Zero Emission Buses for the Reading Area – or ZEBRA for short – looked impressive lined up and the event even featured there new mascot for the zero emission buses – Zippy the Zebra – who will be present at future events including our charity Open Day.
Reading Buses confirmed the existing bio-methane fuelled purple 17 buses are staying with the company, but are being refurbished before moving onto other routes, namely berry 23/24 and sky blue 15/16.
There will also be a further six elecrric buses joining the fleet in 2026 on the yellow 26 route between Central Reading, Southcote and Calcot.
This will see the Alexander Dennis Enviro 400 Classic's all Withdrawn from service later in the year.

Gli idrocarburi policiclici aromatici (IPA) sono composti organici tra i più inquinanti; si possono trovare in terreni contaminati dalla presenza di industrie metallurgiche o farmaceutiche, alcuni di loro si sciolgono nell’acqua e possono arrivare a inquinare anche le falde sotterranee.

Gli IPA hanno noti effetti negativi sull’ambiente (tossicità evidente per alcuni organismi acquatici ed uccelli, alta tossicità cronica per la vita acquatica, contaminazione dei raccolti agricoli) e sulla salute umana. Anche se esistono più di cento diversi IPA, quelli più imputati nel causare dei danni per la salute dell’uomo e degli animali sono: l'acenaftene, l'acenaftilene, l'antracene, il benzo(a)antracene, il dibenzo(a,h)antracene, il crisene, il pirene, il benzo(a)pirene, l’indeno(1,2,3-c,d)pirene, il fenantrene, il fluorantene, il benzo(b)fluorantene, il benzo(k)fluorantene, il benzo(g,h,i)perilene e il fluorene.
Vari IPA sono stati classificati dalla IARC (1987) come "probabili" o "possibili cancerogeni per l'uomo", mentre il benzo(a)pirene è stato recentemente (2008) riclassificato in categoria 1 come "cancerogeno per l'uomo".[1] Tra quelli comunemente presenti nelle matrici ambientali, vi sono il benzo(a)pirene, il benzo(b)fluorantene, il benzo(k)fluorantene, l'indeno(1,2,3-c,d)pirene, il benzo(a)antracene, il benzo(j)fluorantene ed il dibenzo(a,h)antracene.
Pur essendo lo studio di queste miscele particolarmente complicato, è stato comunque dimostrato che l’esposizione alle miscele IPA comporta un aumento dell’insorgenza del cancro, soprattutto in presenza di benzo(a)pirene (presente anche nel fumo di sigaretta).
L'attività cancerogena è dovuta ai prodotti del metabolismo di queste sostanze, quindi sono sostanze pre-mutagene. Difatti nel fegato vengono ossidate e ad un doppio legame viene sostituito un gruppo epossidico.

Ordered by Stagecoach Manchester some years ago thanks to government Zero Emission Bus Regional Areas funding were 170 Volvo BZL battery-electric buses with MCV bodywork. They were intended for Stockport depot, but tribulations there relating to charging infrastructure (still not resolved) has seen them utilised elsewhere within the Bee Network in Greater Manchester, with a later zero-emission order to be placed for Stockport. Stagecoach won the large contracts in tranche two of awards for Middleton, Oldham and Queens Road depots. Middleton has received a decent number of the double-deck BZLs, such as 86063 (BU75 WKG), seen here in Manchester city centre while working a 112 journey.

This solar electric automobile was planned and built in 1987 by Andrea Pesaresi (Osimo, Ancona). It is powered by an electric motor providing about 3,4 kW, fed by a battery pack of 40 Nichel-Cadmio units, providing 1,9 kWh. The 18 high efficiency monocrystalline solar panels mounted on the wings provide energy to the batteries; their rated power is 0,6 kW, according to the available sun’s energy. The electronic control unit manages both the recharging of the batteries and the powering of the motor. The body shell, carbon- and fiberglass, has also frame’s stiffening function . This car debuted at the Grand Prix 4E held in Milano in 1988 and took part in competitions for solar electric vehicles until 1991.

The designers have to see in it in a full-size 3D rendering. CAD doesn’t quite do the trick. But it is integral to the process. They can go from CAD to clay with an automated rig, then they can make tweaks and polish out curves until they are pleasing to the eye, and then scan the results back into the CAD program for symmetry and iteration.

Clipper is the result of a study in style and engineering focusing on tomorrow’s world and cities: this sporty MPV has a technological spirit and a green heart.
Thanks to the versatile MQB modular platform developed by Volkswagen Group, it can accommodate up to 6 people, seated in three rows of two seats; it features an electric powertrain comprising two 110 kW motors, housed one up front and one at the back, guaranteeing a range of 540 km. It has four-wheel drive with fully independent wheels. The battery packs are housed in the floor, specially designed to afford maximum protection against accidental impact from the road while driving.
The design for the passenger compartment’s outfit of Clipper represents the true revolutionary element of this concept car. Effective use of space, combined with original and highly innovative architectural solutions, not to mention the use of brand new technology that emphasises user-friendly, intuitive design, makes Giugiaro Clipper a veritable automotive research & design lab.
The six occupants can all get into the car at the same time thanks to the simultaneous opening of the doors and the absence of the B-pillar: with this architectural solution, Clipper offers one single, wide opening for access to the interior.
