Zero pressure.
Whilst the gauge is showing zero pressure there is zero assistance being offered to restore this vintage fire tender.
The tender forms part of the Australiana Pioneer Village at Wilberforce an organisation that is primarily operated by volunteers.
The organisation relies heavily on the goodwill of local service clubs and volunteers to assist in the restoration of old buildings and equipment.

Wait in line
'Till your time
Ticking clock
Everyone stop
Everyone's saying different things to me
Different things to me
Everyone's saying different things to me
Different things to me
Woooohh
Do you believe
In what you see
There doesn't seem to be anybody else who agrees with me
Do you believe
In what you see
Motionless wheel
Nothing is real
Wasting my time
In the waiting line
Do you believe in
What you see
Nine to five
Living lies
Everyday
Stealing time
Everyone's taking everything they can
Everything they can
Everyone's taking everything they can
Everything they can
Woooohh
Do you believe
In what you feel
It doesn't seem to be anybody else who agrees with me
I should apologise for diss-appearing again, i have had so much on and still have a lot to sort out. Hopefully things will get on the right path for me so until then please bare with me.
On another note this is my entry for this weeks Teleidoscope theme of Oxygen. I had wanted to go in my friends swimming pool, i had some great ideas but unfortunately things are still freezing here, despite it being a heated pool! Another time then, besides i managed to try this out in a large bucket indoors, it was transparent but had a murky pearlescent tint to it so it is not as clear as i wanted it to be. It didn't help that the bubbles kept floating straight up either, i had to improvise them with a straw!
Not my finest edit skills but an image that turned out how i at least visioned it in my head.
I have also noticed i have a re-occuring blue and water theme recently, strange as i didn't intend for that!
Anyway have a great weekend peeps and catch you later. :)

Rain or shine this place is amazing. You can get lost all day just walking enjoying the smell of the sea and the sound of the waves slamming onto the rocks.
Driving home after work I spied this scene, hidden up a drive off the street I was on.
Of course, I circled the block and went back for more.
I had my Zenitar 16mm f2.8 prime lens on. I'm trying to learn it's ways. Practice, always practice. =)
The sculpture used to be located just off the street. I'd see it every night on my way home from work.
I'm not sure what the sculptor had in mind.
It reminds me of a zero.
Perhaps it's the building that it's in front of: the Illinois department of Revenue. The Tax Man.
Maybe not. ;-)
The piece was moved a year or so ago, during a renovation project. I'm not sure why it was placed here. Perhaps to clarify the meaning?

PLEASE CREDIT AND COMMENT IF YOU FAVE! Feedback always appreciated! Thanks!
My great love to this movie is what drives me to do a revival shooting in my lp padded cell.
A shot with a plastic tube, stencilwork, a green flash & freestyle moves left & right with an orange foil dimmed torch....maybe I should add some vape next time.... :P
Straight out of my trusty/dusty a77 cam & Walimex Pro 8mm fisheye lens.
you can keep the grains of dust..Well, grab it! :P
cheers light fellas & happy days!

Poor Snow Lily is alone since Zero was moved to New York to make cubs at the Seneca Park Zoo. Hopefully she'll have a new buddy soon. It was a cloudy day and the reflection you see from the camera is just what I saw standing there.
It has been so cold in Northern Wisconsin that it has not got above Zero in the last 2 days. I took this picture yesterday at 1pm in the afternoon when the Temp. was 5 below zero. I used a tripod and set my camera on self time took this picture at 1 second. It was so cold that a frozen mist had froze to everything. I kept saying to myself that I am nuts to be doing this. I got several pictures before I could not stand it any more.

When we arrived at this location, the Archaeological Society of India employee on duty was having his lunch sitting cross legged on the floor off to the left of this frame.
Our conversation with him went something like this:
Us - 'Is this that place?'
He - 'Yes.'
Us - 'But it's locked..'
He - 'I will open it...' and he starts getting off the floor.
Us - 'Finish your lunch please, we'll wait.'
The Chaturbhuj temple at the Gwalior Fort at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India. (Chaturbhuj means four sided, this is a generic term and you will find Chaturbhuj temples all over India).
The gate to this temple is always locked and opened only on your request.
Inside, on a wall is a plaque, which dates back to around 875 CE. The inscription on the plaque states, among other things, that the community planted a garden of 187 hastas by 270 hastas (1 hasta = 1.5 feet), that the garden yielded flowers for 50 garlands for the temple everyday.
This is the oldest known inscription of zero in India - the circular symbol that we know of as zero appears in ‘270’ as well as ’50’.
