This one was found seems to be lived in and moving from block to block as necessary to avoid tangling with law enforcement. Good strategy choosing an unincorporated pocket of Sacramento here.

Having just led the morning service from Central, 2506, 2512 and 2521 wait for the return service on a very hazy day in the nation's Capital. 9/12/2019.

The Canberra Xplorer, with the Griffith Xplorer attached rumbles over the railway bridge at Moss Vale and into the station.

Charter special led by ALCos 4807 & 4403, both 1950s built for NSW Government Railways by Goodwin ALCO. Here the unusual consist is negotiating the grade near Duri on the line between Werris Creek and Tamworth. The line which extends through to Armidale normally only sees one Xplorer railcar service each way each day.

"Xplorer" and "XPT" passing each other in the distance, on a hazy summer day. A "distant to automatic" upper quadrant signal correctly displays "caution" with the train on the circuit ahead. Near Moss Vale NSW.

Since this was taken, the semaphore signals have been replaced by colour light signals, and most of the Xplorer and XPT trains have been repainted into a new livery.
