Out of the many 1/64 models of the original Volvo XC90 which have been produced over the years surely the Majorette version must rank as one of the nicest. You may or may not like the wheels they use but there's no denying everything else looks pretty impressive for its budget price. Don't expect most of its rivals to have an opening bonnet, clear plastic lenses and painted detailing all in one package, thats definitely a Majorette forte! This is one of many bought from Poundworld back in August 2016 when a second batch of these excellent models appeared. Mint and boxed.

Full credit goes to Welly for not only producing yet another superb 1/64 model but also by moving things along and actually modelling the latest generation Volvo XC90 whilst most of its competitors continue with the original version. This appears to be its latest recolour and again thankfully looks totally stock in a way which still eludes the majority of modern Matchbox models. A very realistic casting of this very accomplished but sometimes overlooked Swedish SUV with lots of great detailing and realistic alloy effect wheels. Mint and boxed.
