Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary Volvo XC90 hybrid electric HX71ASU with light flashing during an incident at Freshwater Bay.
Location: Potsdam - 1074km from home.
Swedish temporary plates are nice to see, although I've never seen one on a non-Volvo.
An XC90 is a very nice car, too. I really like it. But it all comes together when the XC90 comes in an awesome red, which is just perfect for this plate.

A couple of weeks ago I saw a Volvo XC90 in The Hague with Turkish diplomatic plates. Unfortunately, I didn't have my camera with me and was unable to take a photo, however that disappointment was made up for today by this similar XC90 parked in my town. It had Montenegrin diplomatic plates. Montenegro is possibly the most difficult European country to spot so seeing one with diplomatic plates was a nice surprise! It was registered to the United States embassy in Podgorica, and appears to have been bought from a Volvo dealership in the city,

Here is PX18 CWR, a new Cumbria Police Volvo XC90 T6 AWD, Armed Response Unit. It has only been in operation for approximately 1 month at time of writing, and is one of a batch which are to replace the ageing BMW X5’s currently being withdrawn from service with Cumbria Police.
