This is the biggest disappointment.

In their defense, maybe, this yarn was impossible for ME to photograph accurately. I had to do it without flash, and then photoshop the hell out of it to get the colors remotely close to the skein sitting next to me right now.
Honestly? It looks like a Wollmeise Poison No. 5 ripoff. It's magenta and black/very dark purple (sunlight will help me tell the difference). It's nowhere near the blue and black that the picture shows.
I've contacted the dyer, but I got an auto-response saying she's on vacation since 9/28 and no return date was provided. I'm not holding my breath.
Update 10/25/08: I finally heard from the dyer - she thinks they sent the wrong skein, and is refunding it. It's not worth me shipping back and them sending a new one.

Berkeley recently replaced at least one of its Nuclear Free Zone signs, but they got the symbol wrong. The black sectors should not touch the central circle. And actually, in the USA the sectors should be magenta, not black, although black is acceptable.
But even more importantly, where is the red circle-slash? Whatever this modified symbol represents, without the circle-slash Berkeley is apparently fine with it.

A 2-car class 168/3 was sent for a peak time service and was full before departure. If you are a regular traveller with Chiltern you will know this train has two toilets (a regular toilet and an accessible toilet) so there are very few seats on the train. This type of train also doesn't normally run on the Amersham branch.
