The yellow SUV entered Pena Blvd the wrong way and collided head-on with the minivan at the I-70 exit. Fortunately no one lost their life but there were plenty of broken bones in both vehicles. I came up on the collision within a couple of minutes after it occured and no emergency vehicles were on scene yet.

Wrong, wrong, wrong.

Cutting a power line swath through a bristlecone forest is so wrong it's offensive.

July 5th, 2013 - 44 Quiet Nights, Day 37 - Cedar Breaks National Monument to Cedar City.

The day's hike: A length of the Blowhard Trail down into the Ashdown Gorge Wilderness.

I thought she took a wrong path because she was in a casual wear and actually she was back to the trail:)

The 26mm f2.8 is not the right tool for astro ( coma, cat eyes ) but viewed compressed it's ok.

Looks like someone took a wrong turn--or two or three.

The bird seems to appreciate it, though.

This is at a restuarant in Mansfield (I think I'd crossed into Mansfield city limits), Texas.

We made the trek to Corbin in pursuit of M542 with a string of 7 Dash 8s and 9s heading for storage in Huntington. As you can see, there are no Dash 8s nor Dash 9s- you win some and you lose some.

Husband left dinner plate in stove, I turned in the wrong burner and literally scared the piss out of Barney when this happened. #facepalm

eatplaylove: I've had that happen with a Pyrex baking dish. One of the scariest things to have happen!

Not sure whether black sheep still have the same reputation in these days of political correctness, but this little one really stood out from the crowd!

...hope this MMDA traffic enforcer was recording details of this bus company and driver.

"Bank while you wait for the BART or the Muni" at an AC Transit bus shelter in Hayward. I think I've seen a generic version of this somewhere that just said "the bus" instead of trying to be more specific.

This man was making a U-turn on a small street. I took this image when we stopped for ice cream while people watching.

At the last minute I discovered I had jumped on the wrong train and got onto a much nicer one. I took one more snapshot though.

finding ourselves on a long forgotten clear cut trail, turned out to be a dead end.

I was a gentleman and let rachel go first. She probably would have benefited from more supervision. Or maybe i would have benefited. lol.

One her first stick, she hit the vein, but then came out of it. she still tried to push the iv line in, and i watched it coil under my skin as it dissected the tissue around it. It hurt a crap ton. I was tapping my feet and started yelling "something's wrong!" Ouch.

Some details for this shot: I took a roll of Rollei CR200 35mm slide film, shot it with a modified Holga 120, then went to have it cross processed at my usual lab... What the lab sent back had been processed instead in the wrong chemicals (due to "a distraction of the operator", they wrote); they sent me a letter of excuses and the roll is now in black & white.

I am happy with the results, though, and am prone to see this as another example of happy accident.

A northbound NS manifest splits the CPLs at North Bend. Wrong CPLs for an NS train, but hey, whatever.
