Identification writen on the verso as Mary Tator.

Mary J. Burgess was born 14 March 1851 in Phelps, Ontario County, New York, the daughter of Lucius and Jane Burgess. In 1855, Mary was living on a farm in Phelps with her parents and seven siblings. Sometime prior to the 1875 New York census, she married Cyrus Tator (1847-1909), and the couple lived with Cyrus’ parents, Jacob and Phebe Tator, in Phelps. Mary J. Burgess passed away on 27 April 1880.

Photographer Dwight A. Pease was born circa 1819 in Lewis, New York. He was married to Mary A. McConnelly (1823-1900). Pease was listed as a daguerreotype artist in Utica, NY in 1854, and was part of Pease Brothers (with brother Alpheus Pease) from 1854-1857. He relocated to Newark, New York, and worked as a photographer there until selling his gallery in September 1878. His health was not good for the last several years of his life, and he passed away on 24 December 1889.

كم من أمانٍ وأحلام تحققت فيها .. وكم من أحبة فارقناهم ومكثوا بين تلك الصفحات .. يودعوننا ونودعهم ويستسلم الطرفان للقدر الذي لا بد منه .. أحدهم يبكي الآخر لأنه لن يشاركه حياته القادمة .. والآخر يتمنى العودة إلى الحياة ليحظى بفرصة أخرى لتحقيق الأمنيات وزيادة رصيده من الحسنات ..

وصفحة أخرى .. ختم عليها تاريخ لذكرى سعيدة لن تعود .. إلا أن طيفها سيعود كلما اشتقنا إليها ..

وصفحات أخرى .. سوداء رغم بياضها .. ثقيلة رغم قلتها .. لم تنل نصيبها من حبر القلم لأنه أرفع من أن يمر عليها مرورا .. وربما لا يكفي ما بقي لي من عمر أن أتكلم عنها .. لكن أثرها يبقى في نفسي إلى حين ..

عام كامل من الذكريات والمواقف والدروس .. تعلمت فيه الخير من الشر .. وعرفت الصديق من العدو .. ميزت الغريب عن القريب .. أدركت أن القريب صار غريبا.. وأن الغريب صار قريبا بكل جدارة .. وبالطبع .. يبقى الأصيل أصيلا ..

ويبدأ عام جديد .. مليء بأمنيات أخرى .. بعضها جديدة وبعضها متجددة حان أن تتحقق ..

صفحات سعيدة خالية من الحقد والحزن والأسى .. عامرة بالانجازات وطاعة المولى جل في علاه ..

حتى نكون فعلا .. بخير في كل عام

Almost like clockwork, storms would roll in near our hotel in Panama every afternoon. Sometimes they brought rain, other times just dark clouds, like these.

Whoever designed this house must have been crazy. It has Hitchcock writen all over it. Apparently I was not the first to think so: it was the setting for the movie 'Les Rivieres Pourpre'.

The setting is utterly spectacular. I stitched together a grid of 6 shots to get it all in.

Helios-44 is a series of standard lenses for SLR cameras, produced in Soviet Union by KMZ, MMZ, Jupiter from 1958 till 1992 (2001?) and it is considered to be one of most mass produced lenses in the world. Based on the lens Biotar 2 / 58 , at the beginning was called "БТК" - "БиоТар Красногорский" (BioTar Krasnogorski). A fast 6-element anastigmat, it was available in both single-coated and multi-coated versions.

The name of Helios lenses are usually writen as Helios-44X-N, where X -is the index of lens mount (M for m42 thread, K for Pentax K bayonet, Д for Zenit-D bayonet) and N is a optical resolution index 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 (the higher number the higher is an optical resolution of lens).

Most times when I'm lucky enough to get into an abandoned house or building, there isn't usually too much in the way of personal items still to be found inside. This home, somewhere near Guelph, Ontario still had a small treasure of items left behind. Had that song in my head all day...

family partys are still the best partys! this was the 60iest birthday of my uncle. definitly in the top3 of wildest partys i joined in 2012! special props to DJ OttO, he was a master of announcement and he probably had every hit, that ever was writen in his musicbox.

Was almost mint & had a long-ish term owner, I first pictured it here in 2011.

Going by the window frame being bent out, I`d say its stolen recovered.

I suspect its waiting here for the insurance assessor, then it`ll be writen off & crushed.

The Kabaa ye Zartosht is an Achaemenian era zoroastrian temple at Naqsh-e Rostam, Iran, in front of the royal tombs of King Darius Ist the Great, Xerxes Ist the Great, Artaxerxes Ist Makrocheir, and Darius II Ochos. Builded with massive marble stones, the temple was still used during the secund persian empire ( sasanian era) as testify a long royal inscription writen in pahlavi atributed to king Shapur Ist and another from the hight priest (Moebed) Kartir. Fire temple (Atashkade) or guardian of the royal tomb, its exact function remains uncertain. The ruins of a similar building named Zendan-e Salman (Salomon's prison) can be seen at Pasargades, the ancient capital of king Cyrus the great (see www.flickr.com/photos/dynamosquito/2379877592).

A Montreal alleyway which I found very interesting.

Wearing fake silicone breast can be a bit of a challenge if you, like me, are a little on the wild side. I dont want (only) to trip around looking like a doll, I want to dance without limits, bend over freely and even stand on me head if it is my wish. (I said I was wild)

This, in addition with gravity, imposes considerable demand on the encasement, so to say, of the prosthesis. Forget a bra, unless it is your very best. I only have one SUPER bra, and it won't pass the hand stand test. No, again Dionysus (the god of Trannys) smile upon us from heaven in his divine mercy.
