Crews were dispatched to the reported mobile home fire. While enroute County upgraded to the working fire with possible entrapment. Once on location crews were advised there was no entrapment and had heavy fire conditions inside. A propane tank had been venting as well. Unfortanetly at least 5 dogs perished in the fire.
The benefits of being an engineer working on Sewage Plants means I get a chance to go places others are not allowed to go. While working in Crediton Sewage treatment works I was aware of a pair of Reed Warblers bring food back to their young in the settlement lagoon at the back of the works. I tried for about 20mins to get a clear shot, but every photo had a reed across the birds. I kept my distance not to disturb them and was rewarded with these two shot.
Went to the registry office this morning to register Hannah, and I took these on the way back tot he tram afterwards.
My co-worker Jake wouldn't let me take his picture, but I just needed the side of his face for this picture anyway. :-P
