All worker bees are female the males
(drones) are bigger, they mate with the new queen that is all they are made for.
If the hive becomes short on food the drones are thrown out to die. If they return one of the workers stings and kills him.

Rosario Dano is from Nueva Ecija in the Philippines. She has been working in Qatar for seven years. During her time off, she likes to chat with her family, mostly her sisters. Her cousins also work in Qatar so on her day off, she likes to meet them and cook together. One of the native delicacies Rosario likes to cook is called pakbet, a dish made of vegetables.
This is what i drive for a living, making me a key worker during the COVID19 shutdown,
Usually i am on a contract for Bentley Cars, however, during this period i have been moved onto a contact with Nestle delivering anything produced by Nestle to Supermarket RDC.
My hobby is Railways and Photography, however during this period of uncertainty, i will only be getting a photo if it is on my way to or from work without having to deviate, or if i can do it by going out on my bike once a day as i am a keen cyclist.
Remember to Social Distance and most of all Stay Safe.If we all stick to the guidelines then the sooner we as a nation can beat this and return to the daily activities we all enjoy.

We paid a visit to Kuala Gula yesterday. No foreign birds was found in the mangrove trees. Poor shoots that day except these 3 that is a consolation.

This morning, the workers at the Falls Church, Va. Bestway celebrated as their employer recognized UFCW Local 400 as their union during a card check at the store. After over a week of being illegally fired, all workers who were terminated received back pay under an agreement reached last Friday. Bargaining between UFCW Local 400 and Bestway for a contract is scheduled to begin this week.
The workers first staged a one-hour work stoppage October 9 to protest the Bestway’s unfair labor practices, which included cutting hours, changing schedules, and holding one-on-one interrogation meetings because the workers were seeking union recognition. In response, Bestway illegally fired all workers who participated in the action.
While these actions are clearly illegal under federal labor law, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) was unavailable to help because the federal government was shut down.
The workers immediately formed a picket line and launched an active boycott and publicity campaign, including staging a demonstration at the NLRB. Business was down noticeably--as the workers struck 12 hours daily, the parking lots remained empty.
By sticking together Bestway workers made it happen! Bestway of Falls Church joins the other Bestway members at the Silver Spring, Md. location who are also unionized.
