At Langedrag Nature Park, you can go in with "unsocialized" wolves. In a sense, they are untrained, though they are somewhat accustomed to humans entering their presence every so often and will come up to explore.
Obviously you cannot pet them, but it was really neat to have them within 2-3 feet of you as they investigated the new addition to their pen.

The two people tagged in this are me and my friend Kate - the very end of the Wolf Run.
It was an amazing experience, wading, climbing, scrambling, sliding and getting covered from head to foot in mud. We laughed the whole way around, held hands through the slippery mud and water, and jogged/ran as best we could over the 10 K course. It was cold but not as cold as I feared - above zero - and it was sunny which was a total bonus.
And came home and made plans to sign up for a repeat in September. Awesome!
