One of six arctic wolves living in a national reserve in Hanau, Germany (location: Wildpark "Alte Fasanerie").
Since summer 2011 the three adult wolves named Ayla, Scott and Khan and the tree puppy wolves named Aslan, Monja and Inuq live together as one wolf pack.

We spent the night at Great Wolf Lodge this past weekend!
Toby and Liam did this a couple of times. There's two slides in there (I think), and that big bucket up top dumps out 1000 gallons of water every 5 minutes.
Just so you know, my trip to Toledo was not all about polar bears. Number ONE in my heart it the Gray Wolf. There are many subspecies but the Gray Wolf is my utmost favorite. The long lanky legs.......
Toledo Zoo has 3 wolves. They are absolutely gorgeous.

It was difficult to get a good shot - moving targets and shooting thru fencing......
I'm hoping that these creatures will be listed on the endangered species list again!!!
If the states that now have open hunting on wolves (and you know who you are) do not cease and desist the wolves WILL be back on the list!!! If it's not too late......

This was taken at the wolf discovery center in West Yellowstone. Hate to see them in captivity, but since they cannot be released in the wild it may be better for them there.
