I made this quilt a year ago. The Wicked Witch Profile was made from a sketch of mine I doodled one day with my graphics tablet. The rest is basically taken from screen caps or freehanded.

After I saw poor Wizard getting mauled by one of those nasty "bomber" flies, I put his fly sheet on. Thanks to the great folks at SmartPak, he looks extra-preppy with custom (free) embroidery.

A little damp after a wintertime bath, and NOT in the mood for someone to stand him up for conformation photos. We'll do better next time.
wizard rock concert at Sooner Theatre featuring "Levi Corpus and the Golden Snitches", "Into the Pensieve" and local muggle band, "The Avenue."
Today, I rode Wizard for the first time in over three months. He has recovered from a stifle injury. We rode on the trails and enjoyed the cool September afternoon.
It's official - I am part of the dynamo club! It's kinda like quadrophenia (so of course I needed a Who song for this entry)... Thanks @Velo_Champ for the wizadry!

In any amusement hall...
That deaf dumb and blind kid
Sure plays a mean pin ball !
He stands like a statue,
Becomes part of the machine.
Feeling all the bumpers
Always playing clean.
He plays by intuition,
The digit counters fall.

He's a pin ball wizard
There has got to be a twist.
A pin ball wizard,
S'got such a supple wrist.
'How do you think he does it? I don't know!
What makes him so good?'
He ain't got no distractions
Can't hear those buzzers and bells,
Don't see lights a flashin'
Plays by sense of smell.
Always has a replay,
'n' never tilts at all...
That deaf dumb and blind kid
Sure plays a mean pin ball.
I thought I was
The Bally table king.
But I just handed
My pin ball crown to him.
Even on my favorite table
He can beat my best.
His disciples lead him in
And he just does the rest.
He's got crazy flipper fingers
Never seen him fall...
That deaf dumb and blind kind
