No Christmas lights in these frames, (well, Christmas is still a couple of days away) but St. Basils Cathedral in Moscow looks festive year round, especially at night in winter.
The Three Brothers reflected in the Merced River in Yosemite National Park, California. Hope you enjoy the view!

Very wintry in Reykjavík these days. Went out for a little walk today in Elliðaárdalur -valley, quite difficult to walk when there´s snow all over, still so worth it.

"If magic ever breathed, or ever was, the wintry forest holds her wand."
Winter’s mountain forest is a breathing ground for magic. From the snowfall, to the crisp sounds, and the way sunlight dips and illuminates it all, the snow sparkles and enchants.
And the trees themselves are the wands that give that little extra spark of charm. It is a fairy-tale in the making!

"They speak of hope to the fainting heart,
With a voice of promise they come and part,
They sleep in dust through the wintry hours,
They break forth in glory--bring flowers, bright flowers!"
- Mrs. Felicia D. Hemans

The snow has never completely melted since the first blizzards last year, and now we are having new rounds! I love the morning frosts, though.
