-ive had so many weddings this year --this was #15 of the summer --and its been great meeting all these new people and really beeing a big part of there day means a lot to me ---this is the father of the bride ---i met him at there house where they had the ceremony in the backyard and we just clicked he had this way about him that made you wanna listen to his stories --its amazing how the littlest of moments that you meet someone they can effect you in a way that they dont even know ----this shot was taking at the reception before the bride and groom arrived there was about a 10 minute wait --and they had a Words Of Wisdom tree with these cut out leaves on the table that you could write something for the bride and groom and then hang it on the tree branches ----instead of signing a guest book this is what they did -----so back to the image ---- i watched the father of the bride sit and this table for a longtime staring at this little leaf in which he was to write some words and wishes for his daughter ------to some it may seem to pass and others mean less but you could just tell he was searching for the perfect way to send off his daughter like it was his last way of saying thank you for all that you brought to me and now i can see that your all grown up and ready to start your life ------it was emotional for him i could tell ---he must have sat there for at least 5 minutes trying to find the write words staring at this little leaf -- i never did read what he wrote i thought it was better left unread ---thats for each person to make up there own story -------this was day 268 of 2010
