The kitchen in the basement of the Castle at Isle Marie. I adore Dorothea's sense of traditional style.
Elise with 4x5 Razzle Bluebottle fitted with an old 150mm Fujinar W on 100 ISO Chinese ERA filmstock. Developed in Ilford HC for nine minutes (pushed a little) then scanned on an Epson 4870 flatbed. Only assistance here was a reflector to bounce the soft light back onto the subject. The Shelton Muller workshop at Monsalvat was fun like you've never had before....

I was preparing a sandwich for my wife and I when I noticed the nice light from the window. It took a little longer than usual making the sandwiches but it was fun... as my wife rolled her eyes asking me why it's taking so long :P
In case you're wondering I made roast beef sandwiches on slightly toasted multigrain bread, with thin sliced tomatoes and romaine lettuce. The roast beef was topped with a slice of melted swiss cheese. A thin spread of mayo completes everything.
Window light from 12 o'clock and 7 o'clock. Well, I'm hungry now gotta eat!!!
