I was getting ready to go snap a pic of the "red rum" hall when I spied this going by. Carl thought it odd and funny how I was snapping pics of things from/through the window: "why don't you just take the photos from outside?" That would have been the normal thing to do I guess, but I liked the window, the framing as well as the natural texture that it gave to the images.
I never did get to photograph the hall. I will next time . . . red rum, red rum, RED RUM
The Newton North Church dates back to at least 12th Century. The church is now in ruins, but still possesses a tower with a spiral staircase inside. West Wales. See below for another pic
