Well the theme for the evening was supposed to be denim, hence the 1969 jacket!

Open up your house that has no views by placing a window view on your wall, and see the vibrant colors of a sunset silhouette.

Adding a window framed image to your wall can create a sense of depth, light, color and openness to a room, especially a room where there are not many ..... or no windows.

Enjoy a sunset scene whilst relaxing in your living room or kitchen. Or, what a relaxing view for your office.

The colour version of the window I posted earlier this week.

The photo was taken yesterday, just before I went for a sick colleague on the night shift.

The free week was no free week.

All of you good weather, by me it is raining lightly at the moment.:-(

The Metropolitan Borough of Shoreditch, in east London, existed between 1900 and 1965 – and today I really enjoyed seeing one of the original street signs still in place, reminding passers-by of bygone times. Shoreditch (which of course existed for centuries before the metropolitan borough) is now part of the London Borough of Hackney.

Near Renfrew in Ontario, Canada, there is a ghost town named Balaclava. It use to be a saw-mill town. We decided to visit the place and take a few shots. I got myself shooting mostly windows and old wood and paint textures.

Unfortunately, one of the buildings has a sign on it saying that a permit was requested to destroy the general store building to transform it into a commercial lot.

Most of the shots got re-worked with Topaz Adjust 3 to enhance the colors and contrast.

Enjoy,

Having some fun on the Magic Boxes at Totton

I think the Magic Boxes are rocking a bit!

In days elapsed, #46 didn't take as long to find as some numbers, but in km walked it was a bitch. I just couldn't find a decent one in Nottingham city centre, and then this beauty jumped out at me while walking to Beeston Marina.

During the last Street Hunt I found myself walking outside of one of Rethymno's coffee shops. I had noticed that there was a lonely man in the shop, drinking a coffee by the window. So, I thought that it would be a good idea to walk up to him and take his portrait through the glass. It only lasted a few seconds. As you can see there is quite a bit of reflection but I really enjoyed making this photograph. It was a cold blooded shot! Snap!
