When we went whalewatching the boat we followed the coast of Fraser Island - amazing place. Miles and miles of empty beaches with lovely white sand.
Fraser Island stretches over 123 kilometres in length and 22 kilometres at its widest point. With an area of 184 000 hectares it is the largest sand island in the world.
Masks required aboard the boat; everyone wore their masks when coming aboard...and then a bunch of them took them OFF after the boat launch, despite REPEATED requests by the crew to wear them.
I will never understand why it’s so hard to people to wear a thin cloth over their noses & mouths. It’s not a damn draft card, people. Get over it.
