In this picture the subject of interest, the action, is centered. There are 3 narrative divisions: In the center is where the action happens; in this case the guys in teh center. The lower third explains something that is happening and affects the rest: The rain, and the upper third works as a background telling us where this story happens.

The center third is also divided into 3 parts. This wasn't intentional.

Side street pays incidental homage to Weegee

Ricky Powell is a street photographer and host of the public access show, Rappin' with the Rickster. He has a column in Mass Appeal Magazine called "Ricky Powell is... the Doloist". He was crowned "the Weegee of hiphop" by Fab 5 Freddy and immortalized in the Beastie Boys song, Car Thief
