I have no idea where this Icelandic waterfall is located, much less its name. The photo is from my first trip to Iceland as part of a photography tour. I was not using a GPS then and the tour leader was more or less winging it when it came to selecting roads and took a shortcut across the mountains instead of following the Ring Road along the east coast. We stopped here on our way north towards Egilsstaðir on the northeast side of Iceland.
Note the stacks of lava flows revealed by the valley walls.
Note added November 15, 2016: this appears to be Folaldafoss, located on the west side of highway 939.
Una cascada alejada de la gente, al menos no vimos mucha gente aqui, cuya principal caracteristica es el azul de su agua.

A bit more water since the last time I was there - [http://www.flickr.com/photos/jasty78/34109089330/]
I used to take this trail almost everyday and at 9.5 miles long it was quite the workout.
With the current gloomy conditions I decided it might be nice to photograph the waterfall since I haven't been here in some time. I had the place to myself for the most part which was a nice change since the actual waterfall can get very crowded during the summer months.
I think I'll come back when we get some snow nd see how it looks.
The waterfall at Kimmeridge is one of only 2 in the county, the other is at Little Bredy nr Dorchester. Its flow ebbs and flows with the rainfall, so best visited at low tide, after a large deluge. HSS!

SCALEBER FORCE IS A STUNNING 40FT WATERFALL IN THE YORKSHIRE DALES NATIONAL PARK. THE CRYSTAL CLEAR WATER TUMBLES OVER LIMESTONE CLIFFS AND TURNS 90 DEGREES BEFORE FALLING AGAIN PLUNGING INTO A DEEP POOL.
THE WATERFALL IS CONVENIENLY SITUATED BY THE ROAD SIDE (SETTLE TO AIRTON) SO NOBODY NEEDS WALK MORE THAN A FEW YARDS TO VIEW THE WATERFALL, BUT TO REACH THE BOTTOM IS QUITE A STEEP PATH.

Recent spring snow melt swells creeks and streams eventually sending runoff cascading over the moss-covered basalt walls of the Columbia River Gorge. The area is home to one of the most spectacular chains of waterfalls in the U.S. boasting over fifty notable waterfalls.
Pasjak is the border creek between Croatia and Slovenia, on the Istria peninsula. The area is very remote, but the lowest waterfall is quite known. But above it, there are many more cascades and waterfalls. This is one of the two highest waterfalls.
