This was taken a few years ago near English Bay beach. There were quite a few coyotes all over Vancouver at the time, but I haven't seen any for a couple of years now. The city must have removed them somehow.

It's not the driving in the sand that is dangerous; it is the idiots driving that spoil it for everyone else
Danger Area Closed sign at the national volcano park on the big island of Hawai'i. Danger was that the lava was actually a shelf that could fall into the sea at anytime.
Danger something something something sign at the descent into Hanakapiai Beach on the Kalalau Trail. I still wonder what it says.
Yep... Always important to watch out for those...

Many Dogs Have Died Here!
Put your dog back in the vehicle!
Oh man, I wish I could go lolling down the freeway stuck to the grill of a (raging) semi and come out of it unscathed.
In response to:
"Cycling outside designated routes is subject to a minimum £50 fine" - but the much smaller sign simply thanks dog-walkers for not letting their dogs off the leash near vulnerable wildlife. No mention of any penalties for infractions.
And yet... hardly anyone cycles on non-designated paths in the park but, sadly, many (most?) Richmond Park dog-walkers do little to stop their dogs roaming everywhere off the lead. One can witness dogs bothering wildlife every time one visits the park. Only a minute or so before taking this photo I saw a loose labrador bothering swans and their cygnets at Upper Pen Pond.
A reflection on the licence granted to dog-owners in Britain compared to cyclists?
Day 5, Tuesday 3/20/07, Puerto Vallarta: A sign prominently displayed near Los Muertos pier in Puerto Vallarta.
Walking to the other end of Herne Bay Pier - visible in the distance - is also quite perilous these days.
