Willows, CA- I-5 N Bound Exit 603 ramp sees a signal ahead warning as the ramp ends at a signalized intersection with SR 162.

Parks Victoria interpretation fail. Warning signs should be written in plain english to maximise comprehension by visitors of all types. This sign is clearly intended to avoid liability whilst minimising impact on visitor activities. It is not meant to stop people sitting under trees or warn them of the risk of falling branches, just to allow management to say "but we warned them" when they get sued. Of course a half baked lawyer would anihilate such a defence.

In the mean time it will amuse visitors with the lovely pictogram of a person having a tree thrown at them.

This warning sign is posted on our gate leading to our parking garage. It is one of my favorite warning signs, comparable only to "beware of baby falling in bucket."

This one is especially nice on account of the vacuformed / debossed letters.

I think the this is pretty effective. I can almost hear an "ooooh nooooo!!" when I look at. Nice job. Still not sure about how many climb up these columns, but if they do they have been warned

I ~was~ on the other side of the street, but I crossed over to get the fire hydrant. This was fairly near the hydrant, so I got this too!!

River Road, King's Canyon.

What's unclear from this sign is that they mean that you have to have a vertical clearance of 9 feet UNDER your car to drive on this road.

Although passable in a 2WD passenger car, I don't advise it. The road is very rough and you'll spent most of your time weaving around potholes and giant rocks. Leave this road to the joggers and hikers and horses and just take the main road back to the village.

Caddo Parish, LA- I-49 S Bound where the maximum speed is 75 mph, Most freeways in Louisiana are posted at 70 mph, but I-49 is very rural so it gets mostly 75 mph from Opalousas to the AR State Line.

Note the (very bad smelling) steam in the background. This sign deserves a stick figure suffering awfully, yet somehow they forgot to put it there..

I have an unhealthy fascination for amusing warning signage. This is a reasonable example.

Plant City, FL- FL 39A N Bound approaching its northern terminus. The road curves to the left before dead ending at an intersection with FL 39. Chevrons are placed to guide motorists around this sharp curve that once was not here. Originally the road went straight ahead but was realigned in 2015 when Alexander Street was extended northward into this roadway, and FDOT as part of making Alexander a new alignment of State Road 39 decided to have this road realign into a T giving the new road a free flowing travel as part of keeping the transition from Alexander Street free flowing as part of a new SR 39 bypass of Plant City.

Florence, SC- North Cashua Drive S Bound where at a former CSX line grade crossing, is a sign informing motorists that Evans Street is the next signal ahead.
