Yes I did keep out !!
Took the Hasselblad out for a walk, it has been keeping the dust off the shelf for too long.

Beware: (February 12, 2025)
Today I received a very official looking email reporting to be from the “DMCA Compliance Team”. The message had been sent as a Flickr message from “gck6vwnkzi” flickr account. The message did not state which image was supposedly in violation of copyright but did contain a link to download a PDF. I did some investigation and found that this had a high probability of being a Phishing Scam.
If you receive this type of message “do not download” the PDF. I sent a message back to the sender stating that I do not open unsolicited links from strangers and to send me a flickr link to the image in question. I have not had a response.

The part about the wood chipper concerned me a little. Seen from the Rattlesnake Ranch boundary line in Dragoon, Arizona.
Photographed using the Concord Le Clic LC17 BV, and probably Kodak Ultramax 400 film.
Taken in Upper Ferntree Gully, Victoria, Australia.
Speed Limit 8, Offenders will be prosecuted.
8 what? kmph, mph or ly even? Is this sign aimed at pedestrians on the path or boats on the estuary? Prosecution by whom? This sign looks more like a pool 8 ball.
Not a very well executed and legally dubious speed limit sign most likely put up by Maldon District Council near the Hythe Quay on the River Blackwater Estuary at Maldon in Essex (UK).
Thank you to my regular photostream, contributor David for taking this photograph and is posted here with very kind permission.
This Moldovan sign is full of athletic energy; observe how the two figures are reduced to the essence of movement. There is no indication of gender -- if anything, I would say that the sign shows two boys. The characters stride briskly and purposefully, as if the road was theirs. Drivers beware!
A warning sign for sewage plant found while killing time as the tour group got to enjoy C-Trip's mandatory shopping at a jewellery wholesaler in a crappy industrial area of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Just a sign to warn that if any vessel or boat moored on this pontoon. There will be a penalty fine of $100.

Anytime new tram lines are added there is a number of bicycle accidents because of the front wheel getting trapped in the groove. This sign is on Bolton Street where there are no tracks but anyone turning left onto Dominick Street may not notice the tracks until they are actually around the corner and by then it may be too late to avoid an accident.
A few years ago a friend from India was walking along Abbey Street and saw a woman having an accident such as the one shown in the yellow warning sign. As the person was badly injured he phoned for an ambulance which came within minutes and took the woman to hospital. Six months later my friend received a large bill for ambulance call out and medical treatment and as you can imagine he was more than a little bit annoyed.
12 years ago, when this photo was taken, it was a fun welcome to visitors in Sin City. Now? it is a sign of Virus times
A collection of signs noticed during our December 2016 visit to China. Signs have either bad grammar, spelling mistakes or just fun.
If you do collide, remember, you were warned not to. Now get the &%^&*(*& out of my way.
Sign in Shanghai Pudong International Airport.
Slow Down Squirrels warning sign seen on Whitwell Road Ventnor in the Isle of Wight (UK).
Note the squirrel is a native British red and not an imported grey.

Triangular post Worboys warning signs under construction into an art exhibit at Snape Maltings in Suffolk (UK). Never seen signs used like this before!
Bonus points for who can identify what they mean.. ;-)
Nice spot by David on his travels and posted here with kind permission.
