Darkroom print on Rollei Vintage RC332 warmtone, which raises a few questions. Negative is Fomapan 400 in R09 1:50 for 11:00 minutes. Camera is Royer 6x9 folder with a nice Angenieux triplet lens.
Why is the negative so unevenly developed? Can the rollers in the camera be polished to fix the bad scratching? And why haven't I removed the condensor, while I know I should for 6x9 prints (note to self...).

Love my G-Claron 210mm f9 Process lens. Works beautifully at f32 or f45 and has lots of room for movements with 5x7.
Darkroom contact print on Ilford Multigrade Warmtone - RcVc.
Foma 100 5x7 film.
Have a Cyanotype of this too but lost the delicacy of the sky. Here on Rc paper a 30 second burn brought it back nicely.
The Westerdraaibrug in Appingedam, captured during the blue hour. The warm reddish-brown night lights contrast beautifully with the cool blue tones of the sky. In the still water, the bridge and the trees on the right reflect with striking clarity, creating a serene and almost symmetrical scene.

Had the day off work today (and tomorrow too) to spend with company so with the warm weather, it was time to head outdoors!
I think we were out for over an hour and a half and never once thought about how cold I was, it was warm enough to not wear a hat or gloves.
Maybe Spring is truly on it's way... forgive me for not becoming an optimist, I've fallen for Mother Nature's trickery before!
But for now, I'll enjoy the sunshine and warmer temperatures.

Ilford Multigrade FB warmtone paper used. Created on November 25, 2015. I am so glad how the colors turned out to be!
The waiting around proved worthwhile as the sun finally dropped below the dark clouds and lit up Porth Nanven beach. I used a shade WB to get the much warmer tones.

Residences line both sides of the alley, their stone thresholds, wooden shutters, and sun‑bleached plaster giving Chania’s old town a timeless, lived‑in charm.
Golden hour brushing against steel — a bridge alive with movement, shadows, and the rhythm of the evening. Motorbikes glide past, the city shifts into dusk, and the sun paints the iron arches in warm light. A moment where everyday life becomes unexpectedly cinematic.
This picture is for the group Happy Caturday and this week the theme is "Warm Tones / colors".
I tried to pull some toys out of the boys toy box that had warm tones to them for todays theme but most of them ended up just out of the camera's view. The toys with the feathers usually have to be put away otherwise they both will constantly lick them! The fox toy on the left of the picture is one of Elijah's favorites. It's actually a dog toy (Skinneeez Forest Series Fox - Stuffing Free). I purchased one for a friend a couple of years ago and Elijah got ahold of it and wouldn't leave it a lone. It's actually as long as he is!! He pulls it by the tail and grooms it. Elijah lays like a dog with his back feet straight out behind him and growls when someone comes to the door so apparently a dog toy is fitting. :)
We've had enough of the summer heat and are greatly looking forward to the cooler weather. The leaves are changing color and falling to the ground. We went from 102 on Wednesday to the upper 60's today. Needless to say.. I'm cold! :)

June 18, 2007. No flower. No bug. For today. :) This is a 4-ft tall urn pot we have in our front porch.
Laban, an apricot-colored Maltipoo puppy, pauses for a moment in the grass outside the family home, Tonsberg Norway. Framed by soft summer colors and rustic wooden architecture, the young dog gazes curiously into the camera. His warm copper-colored curls and dark eyes create a striking contrast against the muted background, while the shallow depth of field places full attention on the newest four-legged member of the family. The scene captures a fleeting stage of puppyhood when every day brings new discoveries, new adventures, and a little more confidence.
Fun fact:
A puppy's coat can change considerably during the first year of life. Many apricot and red-colored poodles and doodle breeds gradually become lighter as they mature, meaning Laban's rich copper tones today may look quite different when he is fully grown.
What can I say? Every time I go to the store, and find something interesting, I buy it to eat photograph it.
And for those of you who don't get it....Taffy Apple. GET it? Although more specifically a caramel apple.
This is a Chicago area delicacy. Too bad for the rest of you.
