These old wharfs have now been converted into a mixture of apartments and offices.

You have to be quick but they're worth catching between the rain and clouds we're getting at the moment!

Cormorant known as 'Colin the Cormorant' fishing in Wapping canal.

Now part of the East London Line, these were originally the Thames foot tunnel, built by Marc Isambard Brunel (1769-1849) between 1825–1843. The tunnel was never a commercial success and sold to the East London Railway Company in 1865, the first train ran through in 1869. Between 2007-12, the line was closed for conversion to the Overground service.
