This was my first London Job. In total there was 13 of us, all Jack the Ripper enthusiasts (or Ripperologists as we are called) Many of them are authors of books.
We walked around the H Division looking at locations of old police stations that were around during the murders in 1888.

Kayaks left Wapping around 8.30am during heavy rainfall and paddled to the start of the Thames Diamond Jubilee River Pageant. The kayaks led the manpower section at the front of the Jubilee Pageant. After leaving Wapping and paddling to the start kayakers had to maintain 4 knots per hour throughout the pageant to avoid being taken out.

Jonathan Ellery la claridad de pensamiento y de la disposición concisa de sus ideas resuenan a través de todas las áreas de su práctica artística. Él trabaja en broma a través de una amplia gama de medios de comunicación de la escultura al rendimiento, la película a la fotografía. El medio del arte libro es también fundamental para su trabajo, el papel de moldeado, las fuentes y las imágenes como lo haría con cualquier otro medio, para crear táctil, numeradas a mano, objetos de arte. Jonathan Ellery vida por encima de su estudio en Londres. Su último libro, Teoría de Ellery de Neo-creacionismo conservador, fue publicado este mes de mayo como el quinto en su serie de títulos en solitario. Una exposición del mismo nombre, tendrá lugar este mes de noviembre en El Proyecto de Wapping. Ellery ha realizado exposiciones individuales notables en Nueva York y en Londres, ha contribuido al grupo de muchos programas en todo el mundo y ha recibido numerosos encargos privados.

This was the first school in Bradford to be built with its own swimming pool.

A wild raven is seen living in Wapping Woods, East London. Wild ravens have not been seen in London since around 1850. The identity of the bird, believed to be a female, was confirmed on 10 March 2013 by Chris Skaife, the Ravenmaster at the nearby Tower of London and Nathan Emery, a lecturer and biology researcher into 'feathered apes' at Queen Mary College, University of London. The bird, has been nicknamed Veronica by local residents and some now believe they first saw the raven in the area in 2012 although the significance of a wild raven in London living outside the Tower of London was not realised at the time.
