The high altitude of the Eden district ensures cooler ripening conditions giving wines of elegance and finesse. Using controlled temperature techniques the winemakers were careful to capture maxium flavour and aroma from the grape variety. The wine was bottled in July 1981 and has been held in the cool Krondorf Cellars allowing it to settle and mature prior to release It shows elegance of style typical of the Eden Valley region and will continue to improve with further bottle maturation for two to three years.
