A limited production of wine vintaged from 60% McLaren Vale and 40% Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine was aged in new Nevers and American Oak puncheons for 12 months prior to bottling in December 1981. Cool ripening and vintaging conditions have resulted in an elegant herbaceous wine with balanced acid and tannin palate flavour.
