This was a complete hit at a church potluck. Not another vegan in the place and it was gone before every other dessert. They were amazed!

One of the many tasty, nutritious meals we can easily make without the killing and misery of animal exploitation.
I bought a bunch of beautiful big collard greens recently and I was missing chilli. So washed and chopped them into bite sized pieces and added them in the last 15 minutes of the chili cooking.
This delicious chilli started with frying 1 finely diced onion, 2 garlic cloves, and 2 celery stocks. To this I added 3 heaping tbsp of chilli powder, 1 tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp hot Sri Lankan chilli powder OR 2 dried crushed chilli peppers, 1 heaping tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 large can of whole hand-crushed tomatoes (including juice), 1/2 bottle of strained tomatoes, 1 can each of red kidney beans and pinto or navy beans, 1 can of kernel corn (drained and rinsed), 1 cup water, 4 or 5 drops liquid smoke, 1 tbsp brown sugar, and salt to taste. Bring to a boil and reduce to let simmer covered, stirring occasionally, for 35 minutes. Stir in the collard greens and 1/2 a bag of Gardein TVP in the last 15 minutes (the Gardein is frozen so you should raise the heat briefly to resume simmering). After shutting off the heat, stir in 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes.
Serve topped with diced raw white onion, Frank’s Red Sauce to taste, a little melted Daiya Mexican shreds if desired, and your favourite toast on the side.

Vegan chocolate cupcakes made with no milk, no butter and no eggs. I used dark belgium cocoa in the cupcakes and made the frosting with coconut milk. Sprinkled with edible gold glitter and stars.
A buttery vegan brioche made without butter, eggs, or dairy milk. Despite having none of that, it has a ton of buttery flavor and fluffy texture. I was really quite surprised and pleased with the outcome.
Here's a vegan pizza at Cafe Viva in New York City. Soy sausage and peppers with vegan Teese brand mozzarella cheese!
