The installation was moved by 14 gears hidden underneath the wooden platform. The gears were generated and calculated through Vectorworks and cut out by a Lasercut machine.
This was from a 2nd year project where we chose a set that had already been created either from a TV show or Film. We were told to choose a interesting set that would give us lots to work with. I choose to look at Buffy the Vampire Slayer and focus on their school library which is a location that is featured alot throughout the few seasons. We recreated the set in technical drawings and models, both digitally and handmade, from screenshots of the TV show.

Noela Kisoka of VectorWorks provides on-the-job training to an assistant Sheha (community leader) who missed a training on the Zanzibar Community ITN system. She explains who the target groups for the coupons are, the recording and verification process, and how to fill in the coupon. I guess I may be another 8 hours in, and I've been experimenting with Renderworks. Not movie quality certainly, but certainly convincing with a little work, I think.
