During a supervision visit, Noela Kisoka of PMI VectorWorks Project checks record keeping for distribution of insecticide-treated nets (ITNs) with District Malaria Focal Officer Zena Mtajuka (middle) and Nurse Martha Macha at Bagamoyo District Hospital.
This was from a 2nd year project where we chose a set that had already been created either from a TV show or Film. We were told to choose a interesting set that would give us lots to work with. I choose to look at Buffy the Vampire Slayer and focus on their school library which is a location that is featured alot throughout the few seasons. We recreated the set in technical drawings and models, both digitally and handmade, from screenshots of the TV show.

Vectorworks drafting done for the cat boat. The lines of the ribs were modeled in the drafting and then printed at full scale to create the ribs.
Noela Kisoka of VectorWorks provides on-the-job training to an assistant Sheha (community leader) who missed a training on the Zanzibar Community ITN system. She explains who the target groups for the coupons are, the recording and verification process, and how to fill in the coupon. A grad school project, creating an exhibit layout in an existing gallery at the American Art Museum. Created in Vectorworks, with some image manipulation done in Photoshop.

Rubber Box Distro - December 2014 - Vectorworks
This image shows a custom piece flightcase for a rubber box distro that was commissioned by a client of SSE Audio (where I am currently employed).
The client wanted to have a custom frame inside the case, which is normally a standard feature of these type of cases.
I was tasked with finding a way to make the custom frame work with our standard range of cases.
Hard to imagine that I started out learning drafting using t-squares and grid paper at university, and then applying this skill from 1988 to 1991, (without spilling coffee on a single plan). I wound up teaching CAD during evenings at Dundalk and Montgomery Colleges in Maryland, and did seminars on behalf of VectorWorks for landscape designers.
Central Medical Stores, Zanzibar. ITNs will be stored here once the container-warehouse is complete. Coupons for the community channel are scanned in before being delivered to health facilities, where they will be given to local leaders, who will in turn give them to needy community members. 2018 Hannah Koenker/VectorWorks.
